Marriah N. Paige is a Litigation Associate with Thomas Kennedy Sampson & Tompkins LLP. Her practice areas include wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and contractual relations.
Marriah graduated from the University of Georgia with Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication Studies and Sociology. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law, with a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. In law school, Marriah focused her studies and involvement on litigation, serving as Captain of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Team, Member of the Moot Court Board, and Member of the Sanford Trial Team. She also served as an Executive Editor for the Southern Journal of Policy & Justice, and as a Staff Editor for the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, & Social Justice.
Marriah earned a certificate of academic excellence in Advanced Trial Practice. She was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honorary society. Marriah has a heart for service. She has been recognized the University of Tennessee Center for Leadership and Service with a service medallion, the College of Law with a distinguished service recognition, and the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Law Student for Justice.
Marriah is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
