Marriah N. Paige is a Litigation Associate with Thomas Kennedy Sampson & Tompkins LLP. Her practice areas include wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations.
Marriah graduated from the University of Georgia with Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication Studies and Sociology. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law, with a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. In law school, Marriah focused her studies and involvement on litigation, serving as Captain of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Team, Member of the Moot Court Board, and Member of the Sanford Trial Team. She also earned a certificate of academic excellence in Advanced Trial Practice.
Marriah has also been recognized for her commitment to advocacy and inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honorary society. Previously, she served as an Executive Editor for the Southern Journal of Policy & Justice, and as a Staff Editor for the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, & Social Justice.
Marriah has a heart for service and she enjoys mentoring youth. She has been recognized by the University of Tennessee Center for Leadership and Service with a service medallion, the College of Law with a distinguished service recognition, and the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Law Student for Justice. Currently, she serves a member of the Partnership Council for the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education.
Marriah is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and all trial level courts in Georgia.
