Employment Litigation
Thomas Kennedy has been involved in the defense of various types of employment matters, including lawsuits alleging race, age, gender, and national origin discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Thomas Kennedy has also defended cases involving the Family Medical Leave Act and the Equal Pay Act. Thomas Kennedy was called upon by The Coca-Cola Company to serve as co-counsel help represent it in a major class action lawsuit alleging race discrimination, as well as in several opt-out cases arising from that class action.
